7.25 -7.30 THE ENERGY OF NATURAL LEADERSHIP

How May I Be Of Service?

When the student is ready, the teacher appears, in this case… when the people are ready, the leader appears. The voice of leadership will rise when those that have ears to listen can hear. This type of energy does not stand on a podium, instead it stands in purpose. The energy of the leader that knows its role to support and lead with clarity.

The most influential leaders set aside their egos with no intention of guiding through force, instead they are followed because of their frequency.

In the shadow, arrogance and leadership through control, fear and insecurity arises. It speaks for others and feels the need to be seen heard and validated. Who is leading you? Is it your ego?

Are you trying to prove yourself as a leader?

It's time to let go of performing and controlling outcomes. Let go of speaking to be seen.. instead speak to serve. You do not need to initiate leadership, wait until you are invited. Trust you influence when the collective is ready. Be patient. True leadership is slow, subtle and earned.

True leadership flows when ego steps aside and purpose steps forward.

REFLECTIONS

Release the need to lead from ego, control or approval.

Ask Yourself:

Am I trying to prove myself as a leader?

What does leadership mean to me without titles and approval?

Before speaking, ask yourself… is this aligned with the highest good?

Am I speaking from clarity or from fear or irrelevance?

The Path to Deconditioning

Recognize where ego is leading.. let go of controlling outcomes.

Notice when you are speaking to be seen vs to serve

Wait for recognition and an invitation to lead

Practice Patience, leadership will land when the collective is ready

See leadership as service not status

Ground your voice in integrity

Embrace Humility

Work should fit into your life, not the other way around.

Mind - Body - Soul Alignment

  • Affirmation: “I influence from integrity. I lead when I’m invited. My presence is enough.”

  • Body Scan: Notice tension in your throat when trying to "prove" your leadership. Breathe into it.

  • Journaling Prompt: “What kind of leader do I become when I no longer need recognition?”

  • Energy Practice: Place one hand on your throat and one on your heart. Ask, “What needs to be said, and what can wait?”Remote work doesn’t mean working all the time. Boundaries are key to making it sustainable.

You don’t have to shout to be heard
